If you haven’t received your refund yet, please reach out to the webshop where you purchased your items for information about the refund status.

If you’ve already tried contacting the store but haven’t received a response, feel free to get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to reach out to them on your behalf to inquire about your refund.

Please note that Anyday cannot process a refund without approval from the webshop. Therefore, payments should continue until the webshop has approved the refund.
