I have received a refund, why hasn't the money been transferred to my payment card yet?

Once the store has approved your return and registered the refund in their system, it typically takes 1-3 business days for the money to be credited back to your card.
If you haven’t received the refund after 5 business days, we recommend that you contact the store directly for more detailed information on the status of your refund.
We are also happy to contact the store on your behalf to inquire about the refund status.
Note: The store has up to 14 days to process the refund after receiving the returned items.
